Excellent service and response time. Ascension Garage Door Service was the 4th company I called and it should’ve been the first. They were the only ones to have availability on short notice on a Friday night and James showed up within the hour. He completely repaired my garage door springs and gave tips and recommendations to extend the life of the door. 1st encounter in 2025: Had an emergency where my garage door wouldn't shut and was stuck part way down. James came over within the hour and found it was due to the cables not on the spool because of a crimp and fixed it in less than an hour! He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful and I would recommend his company wholeheartedly! Very fair price for emergency last minute rescue! 2nd encounter Jan 2026: After we had James replace the faulty garage door lift mechanism in 2025,  it needed a service call to install a stronger spring bar (which the original installers from Overhead Door of the new garage door in January 2024 should have done to begin with, due to the heavier higher quality new door), and again, James was very prompt, courteous, helpful with extremely fair priced.
